Data security
Practical safeguards for your offshore team
Protecting business information takes more than a single system. At our Clark office, controlled access, network safeguards and clear confidentiality expectations work together, supported by security guards and IT and network support around the clock.
The workplace
Controlled access to the office
Physical security starts with managing who can enter and where they can go. These controls support a working environment with restricted access to staff work areas.
CCTV
CCTV provides visibility over designated areas of the workplace and supports oversight of activity in those areas. It works alongside entry controls and on-site security personnel as part of our physical security setup.
Biometric and facial-recognition entry
Biometric entry and facial recognition help verify identity when people enter controlled areas. These entry controls support the management of office access, rather than leaving staff workspaces open to unrestricted entry.
Restricted access
Access to the production floor and staff work areas is restricted. This helps limit exposure of workstations and the business information used there, while keeping access to these areas controlled.
24/7 security guards
Security guards are on site around the clock. This provides a physical security presence outside standard office hours as well as during the working day, complementing our entry controls and CCTV.
Connected work
Network safeguards for your team
Your staff need reliable access to the tools they use. We work with your technical contacts to understand connection requirements and the network setup needed for their roles.
Firewalls
Firewalls help control network traffic and restrict unwanted connections. They form part of the office network safeguards that support your team's access to business systems.
Custom networks
Custom network configurations allow us to plan connections around your team's requirements. We can discuss network separation, permitted connections and how staff need to reach your systems, then agree the appropriate setup with your technical team.
VPN connections
VPN connections support protected access to business systems by creating an encrypted connection over the network. Where your team needs VPN access, we coordinate connection requirements with your technical contacts and the systems you authorize staff to use.
People and support
Clear expectations. Ongoing support.
Technical controls are one part of the working arrangement. Confidentiality commitments and access to IT support also matter when a team handles your business information.
NDAs and confidentiality agreements
We use nondisclosure agreements and confidentiality agreements to set expectations for protecting business information. These commitments address the handling and sharing of confidential information, alongside the practical access and network arrangements for the team. We can discuss your confidentiality requirements when planning the engagement.
24/7 IT and network support
IT and network support is available around the clock, including for teams working across time zones. Our support team helps with workplace technology and connectivity issues and can coordinate with your technical contacts when access or connection requirements need attention.
Plan the working arrangement
Let's plan around your security requirements
Tell us what information your team will handle, which systems they need to use and any specific access or connection requirements. We will review these with you so the agreed working arrangement reflects the needs of your business.
